Round Trip 14 days Fascination East Venezuela and Caribbean

Venezuela is one of the most diverse countries in the world, on this roundtrip to experience the beautiful Caribbean coast with boat tours, the indigenous people of Venezuela, "the Warao Indians" in the Orinoco delta. The highest waterfall in the world, Angel Falls and the Maldives of Venezuela, Los Roques.
Day 1 in Caracas, Ciudad Bolivar ()
Arrival in Caracas. Direct flight to Puerto Ordaz. Airport pick up, ride to Ciudad Bolivar and overnight at the Posada Angostura.
Day 2 Ciudad Bolivar-Canaima (B, L, D)
After an early breakfast we go to Canaima to the world's highest waterfall. In the morning we go in our small propeller plane from Ciudad Bolivar to Canaima over the Guri dam to the Angelfalls. After your arrival in Canaima National Park shortly before noon, a delicious Venezuelan specialties is waiting for you: Pabellon Criollo (tender beef surrounded by plucked bananas, beans and rice). According to the Venezuelan national dish, there is a brief discussion around the Canaima National Park and Angel Falls, and the Sapo, the following WORKS Base Camp. The next three hours you are traveling by foot to the Angel Falls. You will sleep in beds.
Day 3 Canaima (B, L, D)
The next morning after a hearty American breakfast you will take a boat tour to the highest waterfall in the world to the Angel falls. Our indigenous Pemon Indians know their canoes and bring you safely toward Angel Falls. Lunch is spaghetti bolognese. In the afternoon you can enjoy a breath taking view of the world's largest waterfall in Canaima. Madness tiny as you feel yourself surrounded the Angel Falls. In the afternoon, you come to our camp in Canaima National Park on the Isla Raton. At night there's a cozy round of grilled chicken with rice. This adventurous night you spend in hammocks.
Day 4 Canaima-Ciudad Bolivar (B, L)
The next morning there is a favorite venezuelan dish (arepa and fried cheese) and there is still enough time to shoot photos of Angel Falls, and store the memories last in one of the most beautiful national parks in Venezuela. Around noon, you're flying back from Canaima to Ciudad Bolivar. Overnight in Posada Angostura.
Day 5 Ciudad Bolivar- Orinoco Delta (B, L, A)
In the morning you go from Ciudad Bolivar to San Jose de Buja into the Orinoco Delta. The collection is by boat at the dock in San Jose de Buja. On the first trip, you have to admire the same way the impressive landscape of the Orinoco Deltas and acquaintance with the unique flowers. You can see with a little luck, water hyacinth, freshwater dolphins (toninas) , large otters, a variety of snakes, including anacondas and several species of sea turtles. Along the rivers you see typical villages of the natives, "Waraos" called stilts as they were transmitted for generations. Upon arrival at the camp you check into your Cabaña (Warao style), then we will have lunch, then an excursion starts in canoes. All of nature seems much closer and more impressive from this perspective. If it comes back early, you can face a little rest or explore the camp or go swimming at the dock and watching the beautiful sunset. In the evening there is a delicious dinner, and then you can sit at the cozy bar, enjoy the rest of the Orinoco Delta, and sometimes even watch the dolphins as they play in the muddy water.
Day 6 Orinoco River Delta (B, L, D)
On this day in the morning after breakfast you will start for a tour in the Orinoco Delta. You navigate the Orinoco and down a main investigated the numerous opportunities to observe the wonders of wildlife. In the densely wooded banks we see Howler and Capuchin monkeys, the dolphins will escort the boat, many birds can be observed. The lunch you take in a shady spot in the midst of the Delta, in the afternoon there is the possibility of a typical village of the local Warao indigenous people to visit. Before your return to the camp, you will take care of us for our dinner: we will fish some piranha. At night it goes out again with the boat - the world is changing. In the glow of flashlights, we see the eyes of the caimans flash - very courageous plunge overboard to catch one. This is after the photo but then of course, left again. Dinner and relax.
Day 7 Orinoco Delta / Maturin (B, L, D)
On this day you get up very early and start at dawn, the time at which one can best observe the animals. Our spring tour moves entirely in the vicinity of the camp, we cross the nearby lagoon and have the opportunity to see many animals up close. After breakfast we return to our boat and then we start another tour through the narrow mangrove canals. Also, here again you have many opportunities to observe new animal species. Lunch, then we take the boat back to San Jose de Buja ending the tour at the boat dock. Transport to the Rancho San Andres.
Day 8 Maturin / Cumana (F, -, -)
In the morning there is a transfer from the Rancho San Andres to Cumana. After arriving in the late afternoon time remains in the Tasca Posada San Francisco to eat and play billiards.
Day 9 Mochima (F, -, -)
After breakfast we go to the Mochima National Park, in a boat trip on dolphin search, at the most beautiful beaches we stop to refresh ourselves and to enjoy the underwater world. Another night will be held at Posada San Francisco.
Day 10 Cumana / Caracas / Los Roques (-, -, -)
Early in the morning you go with pilots from Cumana to Caracas to Los Roques. Overnight in coral archipelago of Los Roques in the Posada Ranchito Power.
Days 11 to 13 Los Roques (F, -, -)
The last days are spent at the Posada Ranchito Power. The time in the largest marine park is perfect to explore the Caribbean closer, to dive, fly fish or surf.
Day 14 Los Roques – Caracas (B)
On your last day we will go back to Caracas after breakfast and you will take a flight back home.
